Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract for the Inkleaf membership within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (for example by email or post) to Nicholas Flatt, Vale de lama 1, 8300-026 Silves, Portugal, hello@inkleaf.shop. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, any payments already made are refunded in full without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal notice is received. The refund uses the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. The right of withdrawal does not expire early, and no pro-rata amount is owed in the event of withdrawal.
