Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract for the Inkleaf membership within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on conclusion of the contract.

Exercising the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to Nicholas Flatt, Vale de lama 1, 8300-026 Silves, Portugal, hello@inkleaf.shop. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, any payments already made are refunded in full without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not expire early, and no pro-rata amount is owed in the event of withdrawal.
