Inkleaf membership (Reader & Pattern & Perspective Reader) · Provider: Nicholas Flatt (sole proprietor), Vale de lama 1, 8300-026 Silves, Portugal · hello@inkleaf.shop · Tel. +351 920 568 221 · NIF PT 323483186 · As at 7 August 2026
These terms govern the use of the Inkleaf services at inkleaf.shop, in particular the paid Inkleaf membership, which unlocks the premium features of the Inkleaf Reader (inkleaf.shop/reading) and the Pattern & Perspective Reader (inkleaf.shop/mediator).
The Inkleaf Reader shows which words return, what takes up space and what becomes visible when passages from a completed planner or journal page are placed side by side. The Pattern & Perspective Reader lets two people describe the same moment separately and presents both descriptions in one shared view. Both services use AI and can produce incomplete or mistaken results. Neither service makes a factual finding about a person or replaces therapy, mediation, counselling or medical care. The free and premium features shown in the product at the time of use form part of the service. One membership unlocks the premium features of both products.
The paid membership is concluded when you complete the subscription via the PayPal order process. Before completing, price, term and cancellation conditions are shown.
The membership costs €12 per month. A VAT exemption applies, so no value-added tax is shown. Billing is monthly in advance via the PayPal subscription; the subscription renews automatically by one month at a time until cancelled.
No minimum term; cancellable monthly at any time to the end of the current billing period through the online cancellation path in the member area. When cancellation takes effect, premium access ends. Reader account data and saved readings remain available for export or deletion until you delete them or request erasure. Perspectives recorded separately in the Pattern & Perspective Reader also remain until the respective user deletes them. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The membership is a digital service provided immediately. A full 14-day right of withdrawal with full refund applies; the right of withdrawal does not expire early and no pro-rata amount is owed in the event of withdrawal. See the right-of-withdrawal notice.
You only submit content you are entitled to submit. For the Pattern & Perspective Reader: because your account describes another participating person (and possibly third parties), you undertake not to enter identifying details of third parties without necessity, and not to use the tool to expose, monitor or pressure another person.
Readings and analyses are generated by an AI model and can be incomplete, mistaken or misleading. They are not factual findings about a person or event. What is owed is access to the feature — not any particular result, insight, improvement or outcome.
There is no claim to uninterrupted availability; maintenance, faults and provider outages are possible.
For intent and gross negligence the provider is liable without limitation. For slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
The Privacy & Legal page applies.
Changes are made only on objective grounds, with advance notice and with a right of cancellation for the user.
